Steamed Brownie

This steamed brownie mix has been in my kitchen for quite some time. Actually, my sister who is pregnant bought this so that I can cook it for her. That was my promise to her. From one day to another I kept on postponing until last week I finally made the brownie. Luckily she didn’t go into labour yet….. he he he

Anyway here is the brownie.......

And the recipe

Ingredients
170gms butter
270gms fine granulated sugar
3 eggs
270ml fresh milk
1 packet STEAMED BROWNIE MIX

Methods
1. Cream A and B until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time and cream until well combined.
3. Slowly add in E alternately with D until well combined.
4. Pour mixture into a greased and lightly floured 9’ round pan.
5. Steam for 1 hour.
